Harleigh

In the bleak month of February we have this little bundle of sunshine to keep us warm. The snow may be taller than she is but she can melt the cold with a smile.


She likes to sit on the paint can on the floor of my creativity center and talk on her phone or read a book.

This is what's under the landing at the top of the stairs. Heat fins and water pipes. Makes for very comfortable living in cold weather when the floor is warm. :)








The stair treads with finish on them. Simply beautiful.

This is growing season.
Soon it'll be time to harvest.

A Floor in Progress

Started 8:30am with breakfast. Finished 8:30pm with half floor to go.

Randy and I put down tile in the family room. It took a total of 2 weeks from start to finish. Mortaring to grouting to washing to sealing. Now look at it. Nice, huh?















Now Randy is prepping the dining room floor to put walnut down. All the carpeting in the house is gone except my Creativity Center (CeCe's room).
